By accessing and using this website or enrolling in any programs at Apollo Gymnastics, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Apollo Gymnastics, LLC regarding your use of our services and website.

2. Description of Service

Apollo Gymnastics, LLC provides gymnastics training and related services including but not limited to:

  • Recreational gymnastics classes for children and teens
  • Competitive team programs
  • Acrobatics and tumbling classes
  • Physical conditioning and training
  • Birthday parties and special events
  • Summer camps and seasonal programs

Our services are provided at our facility located at 12700 Apollo Dr, Woodbridge, VA 22192.

3. Eligibility

Our gymnastics programs are designed for children and teenagers ages 3-18. By enrolling a child in our programs, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are the parent or legal guardian of the child
  • You have the authority to make decisions regarding the child's participation
  • The child is physically capable of participating in gymnastics activities
  • You have disclosed any medical conditions, allergies, or physical limitations that may affect participation

Use of this website is intended for individuals 18 years of age or older, or parents/guardians acting on behalf of minor children.

4. User Responsibilities

As a parent/guardian, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information during registration
  • Inform us of any changes to contact or medical information
  • Ensure timely arrival and pickup for scheduled classes
  • Follow all facility rules and safety guidelines
  • Ensure your child follows all rules and respects coaches and staff
  • Make timely payments for services rendered
  • Provide appropriate athletic attire for your child

Participants must:

  • Follow all safety instructions from coaches
  • Not use equipment without proper supervision
  • Report any injuries or discomfort immediately
  • Respect other participants, coaches, and staff
  • Not engage in behavior that endangers themselves or others

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our website or services:

  • For any unlawful purpose or in violation of any laws
  • To transmit harmful code, viruses, or malware
  • To collect personal information about other users
  • To interfere with or disrupt our services or systems
  • To impersonate any person or entity
  • To engage in any fraudulent activity

Prohibited behaviors at our facility include:

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Apollo Gymnastics, LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from this website without our prior written consent.

Photographs and videos taken at our facility may be used for promotional purposes with appropriate consent. You may request removal of your or your child's image from our materials.

7. Payment and Refund Policy

Payment

  • Tuition is due on the first of each month for ongoing classes
  • Special programs and camps require payment at registration
  • A registration fee may apply for new students
  • We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as specified

Refunds

  • Class tuition is non-refundable except in cases of documented medical reasons or facility cancellation
  • Summer camp refunds are available up to 14 days before camp start date, minus a processing fee
  • Birthday party deposits are non-refundable within 7 days of the event
  • Make-up classes may be available for missed sessions with advance notice

8. Waiver and Release of Liability

Gymnastics is a physical activity that carries inherent risks. By enrolling in our programs, you acknowledge that:

  • Gymnastics involves risk of injury, including serious injury or death
  • You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation
  • You waive any claims against Apollo Gymnastics, LLC, its owners, employees, and agents for injuries or damages arising from participation, except those caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct

A separate liability waiver must be signed before participation in any programs.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

OUR SERVICES AND WEBSITE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee specific results from our gymnastics programs. Individual progress depends on many factors including natural ability, effort, and practice outside of class.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, APOLLO GYMNASTICS, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to our services or website shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

11. Third-Party Services and Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party sites.

We use third-party services for payment processing, form submission, and other functions. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and policies.

12. Termination

Grounds for termination may include:

  • Abuse or harassment of staff, coaches, or other participants

Termination does not relieve you of payment obligations for services already rendered.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Apollo Gymnastics, LLC and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of our services or website
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any rights of another party
  • Your or your child's conduct at our facility

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Prince William County, Virginia, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other agreements referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Apollo Gymnastics, LLC regarding your use of our services and website.
