- Intermediate Classes (Ages 6-12): Progressive skill development for gymnasts who have mastered basics and are ready for more challenging elements.
- Advanced Recreational (Ages 8-14): Higher-level skills without the competition commitment. Perfect for gymnasts who love the sport but prefer a non-competitive track.
- Teen Classes (Ages 13-18): Age-appropriate instruction for older beginners or returning gymnasts wanting to stay active.
